    How secure is trading with you?

    We take all possible measures to ensure your utmost security. We use the internationally accepted security system SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) that encrypts all credit card payments over the web. This system is automatic, and you will receive instant notification if your browser does not support it.

    What currency can I use for trading?

    You can open an account in USD, EUR or GBP. Please note that you cannot change your currency selection after registration.

    Do I have to deposit money for registration?

    No. A deposit is not required and no credit/debit card details are required in order to register for this site. However, you will have to deposit money to start trading.

    Are payouts taxable?

    PlutoverseMarket traders are responsible for their taxation liabilities, if any, at their place of residence. See our general terms for more details.

    How can I register?

    Registering at PlutoverseMarket is extremely simple:

    1. Click on “Sign Up” on the home page.

    2. Fill in the mandatory details.

    How can I submit a complaint?

    In case you have any complaints about the functionality of the website you must fill in and send the appropriate form. You can find the Client Complaint Form here, complete it, and send it to support@plutoversemarket.com

    How can I update my personal details?

    Once you login to your account, simply click on your name at the top right corner, and select the “Account Details” option. You will then be redirected to the “Edit Details” page.

    How can I contact you?

    What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

    Click on the “forgot password?” option in the log in page, and a new password will be issued and sent to your email.

    What is the time shown on this site?

    The time is set to GMT+0, and it synchronises with the market time.

    When can I trade with PlutoverseMarket?

    Trading is open from Sunday 22.00 GMT, to Friday 22.00 GMT, on most assets.

    Should I install any software?

    Only if you want the downloadable iOS/ Android/ Windows platform. Otherwise you can simply use the PlutoverseMarket Trader online.

    Do I have to pay to trade from your platforms?

    Trading from one of PlutoverseMarketplatforms (Centralforexoptions Trader, or the downloadable versions for iOS/ Android/ Windows) is free of charge.

    What platform do you offer?

    Trade with the amazing web-based or downloadable iOS/ Android/ Windows PlutoverseMarket Trader.

    Why am I unable to open a deal?

    Unsuccessful deals are usually a result of insufficient funds, or an attempt to trade assets outside the market trading hours.  If neither of these reasons are the case, please contact us by email at support@plutoversemarket.com, or by phone.

    Why do rates Fluctuate all the time?

    Rates at PlutoverseMarket follow the markets and adjust accordingly.  The market fluctuation influences our automatic pricing engine, displaying rates in real-time.

    What is the expiration date?

    The expiration date represents the time and date at which a contract expires.

    What are the rates displayed in the trading boxes?

    The rate is the price offered by PlutoverseMarket, based on global live feeds. The rates we present in the trading boxes on our homepage are those at which PlutoverseMarket can open and/or close a contract.

    What return will I get in case of a successful transaction?

    A successful investment depends on the price difference between the opening and closing price rates of the contract.

    How can I open a deal?

    Once you have deposited funds, you can open deals by simply pressing on “BUY” (if you expect the price of the chosen asset to rise), or “SELL” (if you expect a drop in the price). Before you can open this transaction, you will be asked for the amount you wish to use, and to approve the deal.

    What does it mean to go long or short?

    These are terms used to describe the actions of buying or selling a product. You can go long (buy) on a certain product when you expect it to increase in value. If you think the price of a product can drop, you can go short (sell). 

    What are the minimum and maximum deposit amounts?

    The minimum and maximum amounts can vary based on the account you wish to opt for. For more information, you can contact your dedicated support@plutoversemarket.com. With PlutoverseMarket you can choose from 5 different account types, based on your experience and the first deposit amount.

    What is an Underlying Asset?

    The term is used to describe derivatives, such as commodities, indices, stocks, currency pairs or any other financial asset that constitutes the basis for opening a contract.

    What are the various colours of the rates indicating?

    The colours indicate market fluctuations. Green indicates an increase of the price, whereas red indicates its decrease.

    How can I decide whether to sell or buy?

    You just need to consider whether the price of the asset of choice is more likely to increase – in which case you can buy – or decrease – in which case you can sell.

    What should I trade with?

    There are a couple of factors you can take into consideration before deciding on the asset to trade with. You can choose an asset that you expect to drop or increase in value, a time frame for your deal, and whether there are any economic, political or environmental events that may impact the asset in any way.

    What does it mean to trade online?

    Online trading is the action of selling and buying different assets, by speculating on the future movement of their prices.

    Withdrawal Procedure

    Withdrawal Methods
    The below instructions apply to all PlutoverseMarket Clients.

    On the event of a Withdrawal request, the funds will be transferred according to the original method used to fund your trading account.

    In order to request a withdrawal, fill in the Withdrawal Form, that can be found under My Account/Withdrawal.

    Filling the form

    1. Client Information: fill in all required fields with relevant info.
    2. Depending on the Withdrawal method, fill in the details for Credit Card or wire-transfer:

    If you choose Withdrawal via Credit/Debit Card all you need to fill in, is the Cardholder name and the last 4 digits of the Card number.
    If you choose Withdrawal via wire-transfer you are required to provide following information:

    Beneficiary Bank: name of your bank
    Beneficiary Bank Address: full address of your bank, including city and the country
    IBAN No./Account No.: IBAN No. is necessary for international transfers/ account no. is not mandatory
    Beneficiary’s full name: your name as stated on the bank account
    Intermediary Bank: this field is not mandatory
    SWIFT/BIC code: please provide your Bank’s SWIFT or BIC code

    3. Please sign the withdrawal form and send it back to us at support@plutoversemarket.com

    Once a withdrawal form is submitted, it can take up to 3 business days to approve and process the request. It can take up to 5 business days for the funds to show in your account.Kindly note, that we will only process your withdrawal request, if your account is in compliance with the Know Your Client legal requirements.

    What are the procedures for deposits and withdrawals?

    In order for a deposit or withdrawal to be successfully activated, proper documentation for personal identification must be supplied by e-mail to support@plutoversemarket.com or by fax when your PlutoverseMarket account is established:

    1. Picture ID: This can be any public document such as passport or driver’s license.

    2. Documentation confirming your current address e.g. a utility bill from the past 6 months.

    3. If you invested by credit card, then a copy of the credit card used for the investment must be sent. For your own security, please cover your card number on the front of the card, leaving only the last 4 digits visible. Additionally, cover the CVV number on the back of the card, leaving only your signature visible.

    That’s all! Now you can deposit and withdraw to your discretion.

    What are the methods I can use to deposit money?

    At PlutoverseMarket you can choose from a variety of deposit methods. The most popular being the Credit/ Debit Card deposit, through Visa or a Mastercard.

    You can also choose to credit your account using one of the following:

    • Alternative deposit methods (Entropay Virtual Card, Neteller, BPay)
    • Bitcoin transfer (BitSend)
    • Wire Transfer

    Wire transfer

    At PlutoverseMarket you can make any wire transfer over the amount of USD500 (JPY50000). There is a commission of USD25 (JPY2500) added to the wire transfer. Please note that the wire transfer must be in accordance to the details which are posted on the banking page under Wire Transfer. Please email a copy of the wire transfer to support@plutoversemarket.com It can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your PlutoverseMarket account.

    Can I cancel a withdrawal? How so?

    Of course! Even if your withdrawal request is being processed, you can still cancel the withdrawal and return the money to your PlutoverseMarket account. The withdrawal cancellation option is especially useful when you do not have sufficient funds in your account, but you wish to continue trading. You can simply cancel your withdrawal by contacting us by phone or email.

    What is a Swift Code?

    A SWIFT code is the unique identification code of a particular bank that is used when transferring money between banks. Your bank can tell you what its SWIFT code is. If the SWIFT code comprises only eight digits, you will have to insert XXX at the end.

    Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

    No, there is no minimum withdrawal amount.

    What is the maximum deposit amount?

    It depends on the deposit method.

    1. Credit card – 5,000 USD
    2. Wire-transfer – Unlimited
    3. Western Union – 10,000 USD

    What is the minimum deposit amount?

    250$/£/€ depending on the currency of choice in your account.

    How can I withdraw money from my account?

    You can withdraw money from your account by either using your credit card (in case you deposited money with credit card) or wire transfer.

    Deposit Procedure

    Setting up a trading account with PlutoverseMarket is simple and secure. Deposits and withdrawals into your account can be made via credit card or wire-transfer. Clients’ funds are held in segregated accounts and are insured for your protection. Additionally, we implement security measures in order to guarantee your financial and personal data. We use the latest security technologies to protect your data online and our compliance procedures are in line with international financial standards.

    Know Your Client procedures:
    All our clients need to verify their identity in order to open a trading account with PlutoverseMarket. This is done by sending as a color copy of the following documents verifying their identity and residence;

    Proof of Identity: Valid Identity Card or Passport.
    Proof of Residence: Utility bill up to 6 months old (i.e. Water, Gas, Electricity, Phone Bill) or Bank Statement on the name of the client.
    Documents may be submitted either by email to support@plutoversemarket.com or by using our documents submission system. You can find it when you are logged into your account – go to “My Account” page then to the “Upload Files” tab.

    Deposit Methods
    The below instructions apply to all PlutoverseMarket Clients. Deposit via Credit/Debit Card (deposit fees do not apply).

    Minimum deposit amount: 250 $/£/€
    Maximum deposit amount per single transaction: 5,000 $/£/€
    1. Login to your account,
    2. Click on the “Deposit” tab,
    3. Select “Credit Card” as deposit type,
    4. Fill in the online deposit form and enter the amount you wish to deposit in your account,
    5. Approve the transaction by clicking the “Apply” button,
    6. Provide support@plutoversemarket.com with a color copy of your Credit Card, showing only the name, expiration date, last four digits on the front and the signature on the back. For your security, please ensure that all other details are concealed.
    7. Your trading account will be credited with the deposited amount within few minutes.

    Your trading account can be funded ONLY via your own card. Third party funding is not allowed.

    Deposit via wire-transfer (there might be a transfer fee applied by your bank):

    Minimum deposit amount: 250 $
    Maximum deposit amount per single transaction: Unlimited

    1. Login to your account.
    2. Click on “Deposit” tab.
    3. Select “Wire” as deposit type.
    4. You will be provided with the wire-transfer details necessary to completing the deposit.
    5. Copy the Bank Account details provided, using the IBAN no. according to the currency of your trading account to avoid currency conversion on the arrival of your funds.
    6. Provide copy of the wire-transfer confirmation (SWIFT) to support@plutoversemarket.com
    7. It can take up to 5 business days for the wire to appear in your trading account.

    Your trading account can be funded ONLY from your own bank account. Third party funding is not allowed.
